Jack Carr Retires - Again

Jack recently announced his retirement as the Director of the Rose Hill Senior Center. He's held this position since 2006. His health has been a concern, however, the doctors have given him a clean bill after recent treatments. He plans to spend more time with family and working at the Rose Hill Historical Museum. Good work Jack!

Jack Carr had a kidney with a tumor removed the first week in October and he starts chemotherapy this week. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Mildred Pickett Dies

Letha Pickett Gammon's mother, Mildred Pickett, has died at the age of 99. Letha predeceased her in 1988. Mildred's obituary as printed in the Wichita Eagle is shown here (pdf file).
