Wayne's Status
Monday, September 01, 2008 -
Thanks for Paula Pearson for this latest news:
Last week Wayne was supposed to go home, however,
a trial run did not prove successful. He is still at
Lakepoint while Sharon decides what to do next.
Sharon said he is content there for the time being,
but assumes it is short term, which may or may not be
the case. Marion and Rich visited him recently, and
found him in pretty good spirits. More details as we
get them.
Wayne's Latest Status

From Juanita: "Wayne is improving, but slowly.
The MS disease is his biggest enemy. He's in the Lake
Point Nursing and Rehab Center located right off of
13th Street on West Street, Room 907. The address is
1315 North West Street, 67203. He does not have a
telephone. We do not know when or if he will go home.
Lou and Sharon are taking turns staying with him in
the afternoons."
Wayne Bacon's Status
Wednesday, August 13, 2008 -
As most of us know Wayne fractured his hip on July 12
and has had surgery to put in a steel rod. Recovery
has been slow with a few complications. He has now
been moved to rehab and plans are to transfer him to
a skilled nursing facility. We all wish him a quick
recovery!
